Job Title: Partner Sales Manager

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Manager to join our team. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a technology partner strategy to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services.

About the Role:

This is a customer-facing, sales position that requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the technology partner landscape. You will work closely with account teams to drive customer and AWS business priorities, and establish and grow relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technology partner strategy for your accounts
  • Drive and deliver joint initiatives with technology partners, especially GenAI
  • Manage the partner pipeline and drive revenue
  • Establish and grow relationships with key partners
  • Work closely with account teams on customer and AWS business priorities
  • Have a deep understanding of the technology partner landscape in each account
  • Align partner and AWS account teams/executives
  • Ensure strong communication between partners, AWS, and customer on joint initiatives
  • Manage execution of funding programs
  • Write and deliver business reviews to AWS and ISV senior management teams
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technology-related, combined sales, and ISV/technology partner experience
  • 5+ years experience working with technology partners
  • 5+ years experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, such as account management, marketing, solution architects, program managers, and product teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Prior direct sales experience
  • Pipeline management experience
  • Experience with global/enterprise accounts
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives
