Position Overview

Maxxis International USA, a prominent player in the high-performance tire sector, is seeking a dedicated Mid-level Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance Department. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage proactively with clients to address disputes and recover overdue payments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer discrepancies, which may involve reviewing documentation, researching disputed amounts in local ERP systems, collaborating with team members, and consulting with management.
  • Work in conjunction with the Accounting Department to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Assess customer payment plans, histories, and credit lines to release credit holds, coordinating necessary communications.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing general entries and monthly account statements.
  • Conduct timely reviews of accounts.
  • Generate and maintain weekly update reports.
  • Support and validate credit card transactions.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and managing routine correspondence.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in Data Analysis is beneficial but not required.

Accounts Receivable Specialists typically work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible scheduling options available.
