Job SummaryAtlanta Flooring Design Centers is seeking a skilled Flooring Warranty Specialist to maintain positive working relationships with assigned Builder or homeowner accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring warranty, contractual, and customer retention needs are met. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand builder specifications to ensure accurate data entry
  • Multi-task and maintain accuracy during data entry
  • Manage data, perform mathematical computations, and analyze information to resolve customer concerns
  • Learn and adapt to various flooring specific software platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding warranty issues, repairs, and material
  • Resolve problems that arise during or after installation, meeting deadlines for completion
  • Monitor and track all orders to ensure accuracy, completion, job costing, and billing
  • Provide feedback to resolve discrepancies and eliminate order processing errors
