Salary
We offer an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer support and a strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships. The role involves providing remote technical support to customers across borders, using a data-driven approach to resolve complex issues. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing assistance, advice, problem-solving, and technical information to customers
- Identifying and troubleshooting production-related incidents and problems
- Escalating and raising issues internally to ensure timely resolution
- Documenting and accurately describing observed concerns and resolution methods
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- Experience in customer service, preferably from a demanding industry
- Customer-focused experience focused on satisfaction
- Excellent communication skillset, verbal and written
- High attention to detail and ability to provide consistent quality
A background in technical support and troubleshooting methodology is also highly desirable, as is knowledge of ticketing systems and workflows (preferably Zendesk).
