**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our parking locations, adhering to contractual guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in initiatives to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the management of daily activities at assigned locations.
  • Support management duties as assigned.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards.
  • Be prepared to substitute for any position as needed.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record (if required to drive a company vehicle).

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, using hands and fingers, and talking.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
