The Senior Manager of Self-Service Platforms will be instrumental in the transformation of the Self-Service Products and Platforms (SSPP) team as we transition to a more interdisciplinary, outcome-driven organization.

Responsible for delivering software solutions within the broader SSPP framework, the Senior Manager will gradually work towards enhancing their team's autonomy.

What You Will Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in technical and/or product management roles, with at least 3 years leading complex projects and 3 years in direct team leadership. Experience within the Self-Service organization is preferred.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, or a Technical field such as Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Proficient in product and outcome management. Eager to learn and attentive to details. Understands customer and industry trends and how our products must evolve to meet those demands. Exceptional analytical, interpretative, and presentation skills. Strong business, strategic, and organizational acumen. Proven ability to manage complex and diverse projects. Effective problem-solving techniques and a sense of urgency to achieve business results. Proficient in presentation tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

Abilities:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Capable of delivering significant organizational changes through persuasive communication. Able to balance conflicting resource demands with a focus on business priorities. Proficient in making decisions and solving problems under pressure. Skilled in developing, communicating, and implementing strategies and tactics. Capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Able to supervise and motivate team members. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Work Schedule:
Full-time in an office environment.

Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Technical and/or Product Management. 3 years of experience leading complex projects. 3 years of team leadership experience. Experience within the Self-Service organization is advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, or a Technical field or relevant work experience.

The salary range for this position is $110,800.00 to $196,000. Actual salary offers will consider a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses.
