  • We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with over 10 years of experience.
  • The ideal candidate should possess substantial technical proficiency in tools such as Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • This role involves liaising between customer Product Leads and Product Managers with offshore teams to effectively develop, test, and deliver self-service digital enhancements.
  • Collaboration with customer resources to refine and clarify requirements is essential.
  • The candidate must be adept at articulating user experiences, technical frameworks, and project objectives, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
  • Effective communication across teams to resolve inquiries is a key responsibility.
  • The Product Owner will serve as an intermediary between the customer and offshore teams, conveying requirements and providing detailed documentation for high-level user stories and specific substories to development and QA teams.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end customer experience is crucial.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in product development management for customer-facing applications.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in Product Management, particularly with Telecom Clients, along with skills in Figma, Jira, Confluence, and Product Backlog Management.
  • Knowledge of Telecom Cable Datacom and Backend Billing is essential.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Billing & Revenue Management, Devices, and Networks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of geospatial solutions to support various business objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of geospatial data into existing systems and workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance in using Jira, Figma, and Confluence for project management and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain geospatial databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct spatial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
  • Mentor junior team members on geospatial technologies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all geospatial projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial systems and applications.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and incorporate them into projects.
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of geospatial processes and methodologies.
  • Work collaboratively with on-shore Product Managers, Development, and QA to launch products and enhancements.

  • Understand best practices in product development within the cable or telecommunications sector.
  • Quickly learn and comprehend technical complexities.
  • Manage frequent changes effectively and demonstrate good judgment in problem-solving.
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and straightforwardly, both orally and in writing.
  • Identify blockers promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Provide transparency regarding progress and status.
