Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Portuguese. The representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Field incoming calls from sites and doctors where clinical trials are taking place
  • Investigate and resolve issues, providing solutions and follow-up as needed
  • Communicate with sites and doctors to resolve accession holds and provide results
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience required
  • Portuguese language proficiency required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
