Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mohawk Industries, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer account management and be able to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Provide customer account management, including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management in a call center environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports as needed.
- Interface with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.
- Focus on customer account management preferred.
