Customer Service Representative

At Mohawk Industries, Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer account management, including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management in a call center environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product or service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Interface with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.
- Focus on customer account management is preferred.
