Job Description

Are you a hero at heart? Do you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to integrity? We're looking for a talented Water Mitigation Technician to join our team at SERVPRO of Benton and Linn Counties.

As a Water Mitigation Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers recover from water damage. You'll work closely with our production team to lead water extraction and pack-out contents, remove and dispose of non-salvageable materials, and perform light construction demo. You'll also be responsible for setting up drying equipment, monitoring daily progress, and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.

We're a rapidly growing, locally owned and operated company that's passionate about helping our customers take control of their lives in times of misfortune. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in cleaning, restoration, or construction, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions from the Production Manager or General Manager and perform tasks as instructed
  • Perform water extraction and pack-out contents
  • Remove and dispose of non-salvageable materials
  • Perform light construction demo
  • Set up drying equipment and monitor daily progress
  • Perform hard surface cleaning
  • Ensure paperwork is completed accurately

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with water/fire restoration
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
  • Familiarity with construction and ability to operate a wide range of equipment
