You will also supervise crew members and other employees on job sites, review daily project requirements, document progress, and notify managers of challenges encountered. Inspect all jobs on a weekly basis to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee emergency water extraction services to minimize damage and ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform cleanup and debris removal of damaged drywall, cabinetry, and flooring to restore properties to their original condition.
- Set up emergency services equipment to support disaster recovery efforts.
- Supervise crew members and other employees on job sites to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Review daily project requirements, document progress, and notify managers of challenges encountered.
- Inspect all jobs on a weekly basis to ensure quality and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be physically fit and able to work in a variety of settings, including disaster zones.
