Wilkinson Staffing Agency (WSA) is seeking a skilled Traffic Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our traffic engineering group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow in urban areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze traffic data to identify trends and optimize traffic flow.
- Conduct on-site inspections of roadways, intersections, and traffic control devices to assess current conditions and safety concerns.
- Assist in the evaluation and documentation of infrastructure, including signs, signals, and road markings.
- Design and implement traffic control plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CAD software.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
