Job Summary

We're seeking a Director of Total Rewards to spearhead our total rewards strategy, aligning it with our company's values and objectives. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing competitive compensation structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits packages. This role requires collaboration with Executive Leadership, HR teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with company objectives, industry standards, and legal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analyses to inform compensation decisions
  • Design and implement competitive compensation structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits packages
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership, HR teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with company objectives, industry standards, and legal guidelines
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks
  • Enhance the company's benefits and wellness programs to support employee well-being and work-life balance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, leading internal and external market analysis, equity programs, and competitive rewards
  • Proven experience building compensation programs from the ground up, including equity-based programs
  • Strategic mindset with a knack for transforming ideas into impactful total rewards initiatives
  • Strong analytical capabilities, coupled with a creative flair to balance data with actionable insights, recommendations, and insights
What We Offer
  • $160,000 per year annual salary
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company-sponsored 401K plan
