Job Title: Senior Product Manager for Total Rewards

Snap Inc. is a technology company that empowers people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our People Tech team and support Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance processes and drive key initiatives in Total Rewards
  • Operate at the nexus of business, strategy, and product delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize the Compensation, Equity, Benefits, Recognition backlog and roadmap
  • Drive critical implementations of key projects, such as Benefits Platform and Total Rewards Dashboard
  • Maintain and advise on Total Rewards knowledge base to support the build and scale for an HR Chatbot
  • Perform performance analysis, financial and risk management to ensure success of Total Rewards initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Skilled in using data analysis tools to derive insights for decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and influence skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively and execute both tactically and strategically
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in leading cross-functional projects involving direct and indirect team members across various regions, time zones, and global cultures
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
  • Has Workday Certifications
  • Experience in vendor management processes and crafting and presenting compelling business cases for executive reviews
