- Road test vehicles when required and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend factory or dealer-sponsored training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
- Stay informed about factory bulletins and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and tidy.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to achieve positive service department performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Resume must be uploaded and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
