Automotive Assembly Technician

Ferretti Search is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting vehicles to ensure high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble and inspect vehicles to ensure quality and precision
- Perform teardowns and build-ups of interior and exterior auto parts
- Conduct functional testing of vehicles
- Document issues and communicate findings to Team Leader/Manager
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- High energy individual with a strong work ethic
- Basic automotive experience and proficiency with hand tools
- Ability to multitask and follow through on tasks
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate and assist team members
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and performing physical tasks such as bending and stretching within vehicles
