Requirements: We are looking for a dedicated janitor who takes pride in their work. This part-time position requires approximately 10 hours of work per week.

Schedule: The work schedule includes shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, typically between 6 PM and 10 PM. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle, as this role involves traveling to multiple sites. Additionally, candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and pass a background check.

Compensation: The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Be capable of working an entire shift on their feet in a physically demanding environment.
  • Possess at least 2 years of cleaning experience (preferred).
  • Be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of interior spaces, including floors, carpets, windows, and walls.
  • Disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as desks, door handles, and office equipment.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins.
  • Stock and organize supply rooms.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms.
  • Wash windows and mirrors.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or required repairs to supervisors.
  • Operate cleaning equipment as needed.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Integrity and the ability to work independently.
  • Efficient time management skills.
