Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities are in good working order.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 60 pounds) and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of maintenance software.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 60 pounds) and stand for long periods.
