Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance/Housekeeping II to join our team at our Aberdeen Medical Clinic. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clinic, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks, adhering to general health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain the exterior and interior work area, including upkeep of the parking lot, lawn maintenance, and groundskeeping.
  • Perform simple repairs, requiring knowledge of plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and yard maintenance.
  • Operate rental equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous maintenance experience required.
  • Driver's license, auto liability insurance, and reliable automobile required.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
