Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and organizing product displays.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Sell Optical products and services by assisting members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses.
Benefits

As a Sam's Club Optician, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage range of $33.00 to $41.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of optical products and services, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
