We're seeking a seasoned Beverage Manager to oversee our evolving beverage program at Le Diplomate, a renowned restaurant affiliated with STARR Restaurants. As a Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our diverse hourly staff and leading the performance of our beverage program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive beverage strategy that aligns with the restaurant's vision and goals.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of beverage professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality beverages.
  • Managing inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal beverage offerings and minimize waste.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of beverage programs and menu offerings.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform beverage program decisions.

A successful Beverage Manager will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in beverage program management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven leadership and strategic management skills, with a track record of driving team performance and sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of wine varietals, craft cocktails, and other beverage offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
