Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Air Force Program Manager to join our team at Hamdan Resources, LLC. Based in the greater DC region, this role requires prior Air Force experience and strong program management skills.

The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of end-to-end program lifecycle, serving as the administrative and logistical interface between customer and client. Key responsibilities include ensuring all Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables are produced and delivered by contractual deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delivery of end-to-end program lifecycle
  • Serve as administrative and logistical interface between customer and client
  • Ensure all SOW deliverables are produced and delivered by contractual deadlines
  • Assess program risk and take appropriate action to mitigate at the lowest level
  • Track and monitor license utilization and engagement to ensure full partner ROI
  • Deliver ad hoc customer reporting requests, as needed
  • Collect voice of customer feedback (interviews and focus groups)
  • Conduct knowledge management to keep account information up to date (SFDC, Catalyst, Google Drive)
  • Work on-site per customer requirements; interface with Customer systems, integrate with government Program Team, send emails on behalf of the customer
  • Develop and deliver organizational change management plan (stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, etc.)
