Senior Engagement Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engagement Program Manager to join our team at Save the Children Action Network. In this critical role, you will lead the design and execution of strategies to engage high school and college students in our political advocacy campaigns, supporting our mission to ensure every child has a strong start in life.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee SCAN's National Student Ambassador Program, providing strategic leadership for growth and engagement, designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and managing related platforms, programming, communication, and initiatives.
- Lead the Student Alumni Program, managing SCAN's newly launched program offering graduating students a platform to remain involved in advocacy, fundraising, and engagement efforts, while supporting alumni in building professional skills.
- Manage the National Youth Champions Program, recruiting and mentoring 10-15 youth from the Student Ambassador Program to serve as National Youth Champions, focusing on collective impact, governance, and youth mentorship.
- Develop Comprehensive Student Training, collaborating with SCAN teams and programs to create and implement a cohesive, user-friendly, and impactful training approach.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Professional experience with grassroots organizing and/or advocacy campaigns with student or youth groups.
- Experience working with diverse groups of volunteers both in online and offline settings.
- Professional experience working on local, state or federal advocacy or political campaigns.
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
The estimated salary for this position is $108,800 - $121,600 base salary, dependent on candidate location. The actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
