Drive Revenue and Client Success as an Account Manager

As a key member of our Navan team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Your mission will be to build strong relationships with our Mid-Market clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to maximize their value from our platform.

You will be responsible for managing all post-sales activity, including relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution. Your goal will be to develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring program goals are aligned and clients are unlocking maximum value from partnering with Navan.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all post-sales activity for Mid-Market customers
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Driving usage of the Navan platform
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Identifying and executing opportunities for account expansion
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with team members

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing SaaS company
  • Demonstrable track record of high performance and success

  • Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives
  • Data driven mindset with attention to detail
