Clinical Assistant/Scribe

About the Role: The Clinical Assistant/Scribe is responsible for preparing patients for consultations and accurately documenting medical interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather vital signs and patient medical history.

  • Ensure precise electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Registered Medical Assistant is preferred.
  • Experience in orthopedic or rehabilitation settings is advantageous.
  • Prior experience as a scribe is preferred.
