AM DISHWASHER/STEWARD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely sell and serve food and beverages.
  • Process guest bills and payments efficiently.
  • Provide quality and timely service to guests in a friendly manner.
  • Set up dining areas and maintain cleanliness of linens, silverware, and glassware.
  • Clear tables, ensuring proper handling of soiled items and waste.
  • Possess knowledge of the menu to explain key ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Report all tips in accordance with company policy and IRS regulations.
  • Prepare workstations prior to service, maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift, and perform cleaning duties at the end of the day.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A professional and positive demeanor towards guests, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of hotel amenities and services to assist guests effectively.
  • A history of providing friendly customer service.
  • Ability to process transactions in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A high school diploma or relevant experience.
