Medical Office Coordinator - Front Desk

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Verify patient information, check insurance coverage, and collect necessary documents.
  2. Administrative Tasks: Manage front desk duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
  3. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, staff, and external partners to ensure accurate information exchange.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior medical office experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work independently.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to satellite offices. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a strong understanding of HIPAA policies and procedures.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
