  • Industry Knowledge: Take a keen interest in learning the technical aspects of glass manufacturing and decoration.
  • Customer Engagement: Travel and make presentations to customers. Willing to make cold calls.
  • Business Acumen: Take an interest in the business of the assigned customer.
