Job Summary

As a key member of our team, the Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. This individual will be responsible for receiving, stock keeping, picking, packing, and shipping activities, as well as counter sales, housekeeping, and quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments, entering order receipts into our computer system.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections and segregate backorders for proper storage.
  • Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment, including assemble and hold orders.
  • Prepare bills of lading and express receipts, and assist in loading trucks.
  • Maintain accurate records of returned material and inspect condition prior to completing return authorization forms.
  • Clean the warehouse and trucking/parking area, and assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables as needed.
  • Administer preventative maintenance programs to delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment.
  • Record and process customer complaints, responding to customers with the action taken to correct the problem.
  • Maintain counter stock and may assist with over-the-counter sales.
