Job Summary

Aramco Gulf Operations (AGOC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing hiring strategies to meet the company's objectives and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the talent acquisition team to ensure effective hiring processes and procedures.
  • Hiring Strategy: Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet company objectives, including quality of hires, time to fill, and cost per hire.
  • Talent Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing of top talent through various channels, including recruitment agencies, networking, career fairs, and online platforms.
  • Recruitment Budget: Manage the recruitment budget and ensure that all hiring efforts are within approved budget parameters.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all hiring processes and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze recruitment trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize hiring processes.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and implement an employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, including 1-2 years at a supervisory level, in the oil and gas sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
