Position Overview: We are seeking a Full-time Recruiter to be an integral part of our team at The Fitzpatrick Group. In this capacity, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and selecting exceptional candidates to join our organization, ensuring alignment with our core values and high standards. Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets
  • Experience in the financial services sector (Preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, and referrals to identify suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Assess resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and manage the interview process efficiently.
  • Candidate Engagement: Foster strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized records of candidates within our system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine processes.
  • Reporting: Prepare recruitment metrics reports to enhance strategic initiatives.
  • Work Arrangement: This position requires on-site presence with potential for future remote work options.
