Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers via phone, video conference, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and partner with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback for the sales manager and senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of inside B2B sales experience required; previous logistics, freight, or corrugated material sales experience is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persevere.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Proactive approach and mentality to provide long-term solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and polished demeanor with the ability to be the 'face' of the organization to prospects, customers, and other parties.
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance required; ability to travel within a 2-hour radius of assigned territory.
