Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Clerk to join our team at Quantum Dynamics. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Condominium Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare special assessments, individual economic plans, and annual statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Collect debts
- Prepare for invoice audits
- Generate condominium fee statements in accordance with the Condominium Act
- Communicate with owners regarding questions about statements
- Assist with Condominium Management tasks
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training as an Office Clerk
- Some professional experience, preferably in Condominium Management and/or the housing industry
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Strong understanding of numbers
- Fluent in German
