About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Body Shop Customer Service Representative to join our team at Carolinas Collision Center of Raleigh. As a key member of our body shop team, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to schedule appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and services
• Manage the shop's calendar to optimize workflow and meet customer expectations
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the body shop team, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Assist in preparing and processing billing and invoicing for completed repairs
• Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and any additional services required

Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail in managing documentation and customer information
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and familiarity with automotive software systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
