We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Pcard Coordinator to join our team at Fairview Health Services.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to emails in the AP general mailbox in a timely and professional manner, ensuring compliance with Fairview standards and policies.
- Communicate effectively with Fairview employees and suppliers via email, phone, or in person to obtain accurate information or documentation needed to provide timely responses.
- Open, review, sort, and scan all incoming US and intercompany mail, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Print and attach documentation for incoming checks, ensuring correct handling and mailing procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with AP and Pcard policies, providing feedback on process enhancements and improvements.
- Provide customer training and education on processes, policies, and systems to vendors and Fairview employees.
- Assist coworkers during high volumes or critical workloads, ensuring seamless support and collaboration.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-year business-related experience preferred, with 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience being a plus.
