Accounts Payable Associate Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our client's team in Roseville, MN. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize and expand your full-cycle accounts payable skills, including 3-way matching, coding invoices to the correct GL, reconciling AP, and more.

This is a hybrid role, and only local candidates from Minnesota and Western Wisconsin will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes in a high volume environment.
  • Perform 3-way matching, coding invoices, posting to the GL, and reconciling AP.
  • Identify, investigate and resolve AP discrepancies, communicating with vendors as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy in the general ledger and compliance with GAAP.
  • Implementation experience with MS Nav is a plus.
  • Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Maintain high attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle accounts payable (2+ years)
  • Proficiency in MS Nav
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work onsite
