Contact Center Knowledge Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Knowledge Manager to join our team at Highlight Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our contact center knowledge management processes.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and improve contact center knowledge management processes related to content analysis, document management, data capture, portal operations, and data warehousing.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for knowledge management.
- Design and deliver knowledge training programs for staff on the use of our knowledge management IT tool.
- 4-6 years of experience in managing and maintaining contact center knowledge management processes.
- Technical expertise in CRM configuration, operations, and maintenance, as well as knowledge management integration with digital properties.
- Expertise in developing SOPs for knowledge management, including content editing and approval processes.
- Strong technical writing, data analysis, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management or a related field.
