Job Summary

Medline is seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to drive growth and success in our Skin Health solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for increasing profitability, and providing expert guidance on our Skin Health program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with territory sales reps, Market Sales Directors, and Clinical Services to improve clinical outcomes and build customer loyalty.
  • Conduct research, collect data, and analyze costs to increase customer value proposition.
  • Lead skin health conversations with customers and provide expert guidance on our Skin Health program.
  • Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities for increasing profitability and offer cost-saving solutions.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree.
Experience
  • At least 3 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous wound care or related sales experience a plus.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to customers.
Additional
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 2 overnights per week in this multi-state territory.
  • Previous experience selling in assisted living, nursing homes, home health, and/or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Previous experience with wound care or skin care products a plus.
