Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into system requirements, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of processes, partnering with sales and marketing teams, vendors, and users to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Support software vendors or internal developers in implementing system fixes and upgrades, conducting system testing, and communicating changes to users.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external sales partners, providing subject matter expertise on system capabilities and related processes.
  • Resolve and communicate resolutions in a clear, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Update comprehensive written procedures and identify improvements to refine system processes.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines.
  • Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert to all relevant stakeholders, supporting team and functional areas to identify business needs and process improvements.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and quality checks to ensure processes consistently meet end-user needs.
  • Support the development of coherent communication plans and procedural documentation in advance of process changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Health Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment, with ability to work independently and with cross-functional, cross-level groups.
  • Critical thinking skills, with ability to use logic and reasoning to identify deficiencies or concerns.
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture and how people, processes, and technology connect.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office Suite.
