Virtual Biopharma Sales Specialist

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a talented Virtual Biopharma Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Plan and organize activities to ensure effective coverage of territory and follow-up of qualified leads.
- Sales: Oversee and lead the identification of business opportunities, building, and fostering client relationships.
- Business Development: Develop and act on a business plan that identifies opportunities for growth and helps formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum) required.
- Experience: 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Skills: Strong collaboration skills, experience in digital, tele, or related multi-channel, self-motivated with strong performance orientation, expert selling skills, and effective prioritization and planning.
- Dermatology Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in dermatology sales.
- Referral-Based Sales Experience: Experience in referral-based sales.
