We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join our Kuiper Business Solutions team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing our Global Field Service Management product suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision and strategy for our Global Field Service Management product suite, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and business partners to develop and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

About the Team

The Software and Networking organization at Amazon is responsible for developing and delivering software, services, and infrastructure for our Kuiper satellite constellation. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad set of greenfield problems and define the suite of products necessary for Kuiper's operation.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in industry and/or academia.
  • 7+ years of product management and/or business leadership experience within a telecommunications or technology company.
  • 7+ years of proven track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and curious to learn new skills.
  • Curious to learn in depth about both technology and our customers.
  • Effective multi-tasker who navigates a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with ease.
  • Excellent at creating and maintaining working relationships across all levels and disciplines.
