Job Summary

Caterpillar is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician I to join our team. As a Field Service Technician at Caterpillar, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing pressure control equipment on customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver, install, and test pressure control equipment on customer locations.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of pressure control equipment.
  • Provide technical expertise and direction to rig crews and well site supervisors.
  • Pre-check all equipment and processes prior to starting the job to ensure all equipment is operable and complete.
  • Safely install, remove, repair, and service equipment on a drilling rig or well site.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as field service, maintenance, or operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pressure control equipment and drilling operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
