About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Representative at 7 Leaves Cafe, you will be responsible for cultivating an incredible customer experience. We pride ourselves in creating consistent and high-quality products and a warm and inviting ambiance. You will strive to provide extraordinary service to all customers, prepare consistent, quality beverages, and foster a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serving customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
  • Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
  • Consistently preparing high-quality products precisely to company recipes and each customer's needs
  • Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
  • Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc.
  • Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
  • Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
  • Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
  • Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
  • Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
  • Proficiency in basic math skills
  • Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
  • Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed
  • Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management
  • Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals
