Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at K2 Staffing, LLC, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and vendors to provide information and resolve issues. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Discuss products and services with customers and vendors to complete quotes and orders.
  • Monitor and review information to detect and assess problems, and choose the best solution.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as processing paperwork and entering data.
  • Coordinate packing and shipping methods with the warehouse.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience.
  • Experience with production processes, quality control, and costs is helpful but not required.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Service-oriented and able to problem solve, with high attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
