We are seeking a skilled Project Inspector to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation, testing, and maintenance of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, and Deluge Sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA and State of Department of Health regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform regular inspections and testing of fire protection systems to identify and document deficiencies.
- Conduct maintenance and repair work on Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, and Deluge Sprinkler systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Three years of experience in field inspection and maintenance of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, and Deluge Sprinkler systems.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds without assistance.
- Knowledge of fire pumps, backflows, and standpipes is a plus.
