  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Strategy and Delivery team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Business Partnership: Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, including the Presidents of Hog Production, Packaged Meats, and US Fresh Pork, to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with the company's business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of experience in team management and leadership.
  • Skills: Advanced experience in IT project leadership, IT service management practices, and business process knowledge.
  • Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with JD Edwards and SAP ERP systems, as well as experience with IT infrastructure and architecture.
