Job Title: Marketing Program Manager

At Elevance Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Program Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more new market implementations or product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review health plan contracts to identify business requirements related to member communications and marketing.
  • Prepare budget requests for collateral printing/translation/mailing and external labor.
  • Track budget spending and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Host weekly meetings with the implementation team to keep projects on track and provide status updates.
  • Communicate regularly with enterprise project management leads to provide status and raise risks and partner on mitigation plans.
  • Responsible for kick-off meetings with the full project team as well as stakeholders.
  • Set up programs in Workfront to meet required delivery dates.
  • Work with Strategy to identify stakeholders and business owners.
  • Manage and build communication plans and receive approval where appropriate.
  • Determine project teams, including SEO, Analytics, Website Strategy, and Paid Media.
  • Work closely with compliance partners to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Validate reviewers are assigned and ensure they meet agreed-upon deadlines (SLAs).
  • Resolve conflicts between project team members.
  • Build or utilize Workfront for reports on project status.
  • Partner with the Strategist to ensure project success and operate as a leader for the initiative.
  • Recommend process enhancements and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with project management best practices and business-specific training.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of external client-facing experience in program/project management.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Project management certification preferred.
  • Workfront (or similar project management tool) experience required.
