Position Overview: We are currently in search of a motivated individual with expertise in material formulation and deposition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with our dynamic engineering team and actively participate in the design and development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deposition processes for various conductors, dielectrics, and other essential materials using advanced printing techniques.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for material analysis, printing processes, and quality control measures.
  • Conduct experiments to establish quality control design specifications and facilitate the integration of new materials and equipment.
  • Assist in manufacturing, research and development, and operational support for products aimed at Fortune 700 clients.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a STEM field (such as chemical engineering, materials science, or physics) with 0-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior laboratory experience involving the creation of SOPs and conducting experiments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with thin film deposition techniques, material analysis, and quality control equipment (e.g., four point probe, profilometer, epsilometer) is advantageous but not mandatory.
