Water Service Representative

Culligan International is seeking a skilled Water Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive sales support to assigned customer accounts by developing close relationships with the customer base.
- Answer customer inquiries on the telephone and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule service and delivery orders, coordinate schedules with the service/operations team, and bill service, delivery, and new installation orders.
- Make outbound calls to current customers with the intent of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Follow all rules and regulations pertaining to safety and Culligan policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Proper phone etiquette.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
